    Thanks for providing this sample meal day. It’s good to see quantity and types of food you eat to help you gain weight (as I am also on a quest to put on some pounds).

    Did you make the brownies- or are they store bought? They sure to look simply delcious!

    Love that coconut curry dish, looks like it has plenty of veggies! Sounds like you are definitely eating some foods that should help with weight gain, i.e. complex carbs and healthy fats (nuts, seeds). Good luck with your quest!
