Above, dinner from the other night—I marinated a bunch of seitan in Jamaican Jerk sauce, then served it with quinoa pilaf, steamed broccoli, and a salad with tahini dressing. Healthy and delicious; no crumbs left :o).
Here they are cooking. Next time I’m going to try ’em in the toaster oven.
The finished product was served with garbanzo beans, sauteed Brussels sprouts, and three oat bran muffins, hot from the oven. Again, no crumbs left.
