What to make on a rainy day, when you’ve been stuck in class and are in no mood to undertake some new frou-frou recipe? Time for a meal you KNOW won’t let you down– Pasta Marinara!
My comfort food, with a side of perfectly-sautéed zucchini in olive oil and garlic.

aahh, yes – pasta with an abundance of sautèed vegetables always does the trick to satisfy one’s appetite on a rainy day – or any day, for that matter ;0)
Rainy Days= bad. Stuck in class= worse. Your simple Pasta Marinara= Pure Bliss. You’re so right about pasta never letting you down! Of course the zucchini and garlic helps too.

That was my mood last night too, I should have followed your example! Instead I was super lazy and got takeout. Today’s another day though….

That looks really yummy. But beware, in Australia ‘marinara’ implies lots and lots of seafood.
