So I’ve been lurking and reading your archives today – I’m hooked!! I’m 23 and from Dallas (Richardson!) but I’ve lived in NYC for 2.5 years or so. Anyway, I’m currently omni but am gradually (well, more rapidly now) phasing out meat and dairy – so naturally, I love that you post so many yummy vegan things (ESPECIALLY in the Tex-Mex capital)!
