I’ve finally posted all my cousin pictures. So I am sad to say that, starting with tomorrow’s post, you will notice an absence of three incredibly-cute faces. Oh well, their visit had to come to an end at some point.

Very cute!
I was looking through your archives and you recommended cooking rice in veggie broth. What brand do you use?
Also, how do you make your mashed cawliflower?
Did you ever think of doing a blog of a full day’s worth of meals and snacks so we can see how a vegan college student eats? Thanks!
Bye Katie’s cousins!!
adorable photo!!!!!!
Hey Amanda
)
Here’s the link to my mashed cauliflower recipe: http://howtogainweightonavegandiet.blogspot.com/2008/03/oh-where-oh-where-can-my-camera-cord-be.html
As for veggie broth, I just use whatever we have in the house. I think right now we have Rapunzel brand.
And here are two links to blogs I like of college girls who eat a vegan, or mostly vegan diet, and they post everything they eat in a day: http://trustmyintuition.wordpress.com/ and

Hope that’s helpful!
Aww! It was nice reading about their visit.
