I just wanted to leave a note to tell you how much I love your blog.  I just stumbled across it today, and I&#039;ve been reading post after post for the last hour.  You are such a beautiful person - inside and out - and I cannot tell you how deeply your words resonate with me.  I am a very active person too, which probably explains why my appetite is through the roof.. and I always end up comparing what I eat to people around me and feeling guilty because it is SO MUCH MORE.  Of course, everything I eat is extremely healthy too, whole, organic, and often raw (not to mention gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar/cane sugar free, soy free, egg free), so there really is no reason why I should ever feel bad.  But living in the culture that we live in, it is so easy to fall prey to the lies we read in magazines and see on TV.  Thank goodness for people like you to combat these modern-day pressures that women experience everywhere.

Your blog also made me so happy because though I&#039;ve been a very active person over the last few years, I&#039;ve never gotten into running until very recently!  I think I never liked it before because I&#039;d never had a decent pair of running shoes!  Haha!  Now, I am REALLY loving it.  I run in the park about four times a week, and it is feeding my soul. :)

Anyway, thank you for my dose of inspiration today, and keep being you!
I&#039;ll be back for many more visits to come.

Sometimes it feels weird eating meals with my roommates/friends because while they&#039;re eating small plates of chicken and potatoes, I&#039;m eating monsterous stir-frys out of mixing bowls. I&#039;m also the &quot;skinny chick who gets to eat a lot&quot; Thanks for showing the importance of QUALITY :)</description>
