Savory Snack: butternut squash and more of the aforementioned black bean dip If this meal was any larger, it wouldn’t fit in the picture! (Oat bran on the left) Crepe-Cakes, roasted squash, and the ricemilk I first mentioned here. Ages and ages ago, I blogged about Sweet Potato Burritos. The above is a deconstructed version of sorts, subbing roasted squash for the potato. Also featured: an apple pie Larabar, and mushrooms sauteed with red wine vinegar and– what else?– lots of garlic. No-burrito Burritos! A.k.a. Fiesta Lettuce Wrap Bites… you know me and my bites. And even more Fall’s Favorite Curry, mixed with spinach (also with a side of barley pilaf, blended *just a little bit* so it was still chewy) [...]
