Unfortunately, I didn't have the agar flakes - but I did find a tiny package in my local organic food store for $11 (uh, no thanks!) - so, I subsituted Xanthan Gum, and it got REALLY vicous! As a novice to the science of various thickening gums, I think 2 teaspoons of the Xanthan may have been a little too much... :/ I made this yesterday, and the aroma was heavenly! Unfortunately, I didn’t have the agar flakes – but I did find a tiny package in my local organic food store for $11 (uh, no thanks!) – so, I subsituted Xanthan Gum, and it got REALLY vicous!

As a novice to the science of various thickening gums, I think 2 teaspoons of the Xanthan may have been a little too much… :/
