A few months back, I wrote about an organization for which I volunteer called “Circle of Friends.” The group pairs children with special needs with a buddy, and it plans fun events for everyone to do together.
At the Circle of Friends Christmas Party, we decided to have a cookie exchange. Below are pictures of my contributions to the cookie exchange (the decorations are made out of fondant, so it’s all edible).
And now I must end this post so I can go morph into Chocolate-Covered Genie for an Arabian Nights party.
Chocolate Covered Katie is one of the top 25 food websites in America, and Katie has been featured on The Today Show, CNN, Fox, The Huffington Post, and ABC's 5 O’Clock News. Her favorite food is chocolate, and she believes in eating dessert every single day.
Your so talented! My cookies usually don’t last long enough to decorate them. My husband and I are cookie monsters! Once again, you’re such a kind person. The world would be such a better place if everyone had a heart a fraction of the size yours is.
Katie- From getting to know you through this blog, you seem like such a cheerful, sweet, optimistic person! Next year for sure I will contribute mor large scale to some charity, inspired ny you! Happy Newyear and I hope you continue the CCV! =)
Laci— Wow, your comments are always so sweet! I know that I don’t really know you, but I can tell just from the few comments you’ve left me that you are an awesome girl! Thanks so much for reading :o)
