Fun!!! I’m in a long distance relationship, and while this year we were lucky enough to spend Valentine’s Day together, that was not the case last year! So last year I spent the day with my favorite gay boy watching chick flicks and eating chocolate covered strawberries — still a great Valentine’s Day in my opinion!!!

OMG! I just made agar base, and I had no idea what I was going to do with it, but now I definitely am making it into mint chocolate chip pudding! Thanks so much for the idea!!

Hey Katie! Okay so this doesn’t really have to do with coconut ice cream or cupcakes

BUT

it does have to do with CHOCOLATE! I made a pudding out of tofu, cocoa powder and I added a mint syrup to it. It was a mint chocolate pudding – so good! Anyway, I thought I would pass it on to you since you like to make puddings and you love chocolate.
