A few Easters ago, while we were living in China, we came across bunny popsicle molds. Of course we had to buy them.
This year, I rediscovered the popsicle molds hiding in one of our boxes of Easter decorations. It’s been non-stop popsicle making ever since!
There are so many choices!
Juice pops
Homemade yogurt pops
Pumpkin Pie pops
Chocolate Mousse pops
Chocolate Pudding pops
Below, an Apple-sicle (apple juice pop)
And an Acai-sicle(acai juice).
I’m having entirely too much fun with this.

Marianne says
Oh man, I remember making popsicles all the time when I was a kid. I loved busting out that popsicle mold and making all sorts of juicy flavoured pops. Alas, I don’t think my mom has it anymore 🙁 I should buy a new one. HA!
Sally says

I think strawberry banana popsicles would be delicious and very refreshing for this 90+ weather we have been having lately!
ikkinlala says
I think we actually tried making margarita-sicles once, but the tequila kept them from freezing (I think my dad might have been a bit heavy-handed with it). Oh well, the slush was good.
I loved the ones we made last year with strawberry puree and coconut milk.
Jodye says
Cutest popsicles I ever did see!
Cecilia says

They compliment your colorful variety-filled meals (hahha that sounded weird but true!)
My ideal popsicle would have to be a custardy creme brulee with frozen raspberries in it *pardon my drooling
Happy Vegan Lady says
Great nails and great lollies! On a hot summer’s day, I prefer ice lollies rather than creamy ones and I’m quite partial to cider lollies. Yum!
Happy Vegan Lady says
And the rye flakes sound really interesting. I’ll have to get some the next time I go shopping.
Emily says

Wouldn’t it be cool f you could get a coconut milk cream center inside a strawberry sorbet popsicle? 🙂
Sagan says
Too cute and tasty! Except not sure I’d be a fan of a spinach-sicle… 😉
Jessica says
Those popsicles are taking me back to the old days…my mom used to make em all the time when I was a kid! I think I’d like a strawberry coconut version 🙂
Meghan Telpner says
I mix almond or coconut milk into my homemade pops to make them creamier. The almond milk (or even sesame milk) also adds protein and calcium which is a total bonus.

Sina says
Oooh, that reminds me of searching our popsicle-molds!
I’d like to try a Pina Colada-popsycle (minus the alcohol) because I like coconut-flavoured stuff!
Chocolate-Covered Katie says
Sina,
I’m right there with you. Anything with coconut is awesome in my book! (And if it’s coconut-chocolate, that’s even better!)
