I’ve been wanting to make this recipe for so long and now that I finally have the ingredients, I realized I don’t have muffin pans (dorm kitchens suck!) Have you ever tried to make them into balls and just bake like that?

Hi Katie! I just wanted to thank you for this AWESOME recipe. The powdered jelly donut twist was brilliant! Even my boyfriend, who usually scoffs at the *notion* of “healthy desserts” (le sighhhhh), thought they were delish . Also, hello from another Dallas native!
