Have Fork, will Travel (around the blogworld)

I always get so excited when someone makes one of my recipes.  I jump up and down like a crazy girl.  (Don’t judge!!) So today, instead of highlighting my own creations, I’m dedicating this post to some amazing chefs and wonderful friends.

Starting with the adorable Miss Gliding Calm, who devoured not one, not two, but about a million bowls of nutrient-packed All the Way Arame Salad

And Miss Christina, who made a mean Chocolate Banana Tofu Pudding.

Or Miss Maria, who cleverly added hummus to her Somewhere over the Rainbow Sandwich.

Marian’s berrylicious Little Vegan Fruit Cobbler had me wishing I could reach through the screen, Willy-Wonka Style, and grab a piece.

Same thing goes for Miss Erin’s version of Snickerdoodle Cereal.

And finally, check out Anne’s super-chocolatey Five-Minute Chocolate Mousse.

I love you, girls!

I also love when someone else tries out my recipes- I suppose it’s kind of like for an artist when someone wants to hand their work on the wall. I get an added kick as I know that I have helped someone put together a health supportive meal. It’s a win/win!
