I’m sad to see the Pancake-Making Bonanza come to an end. (Maybe not as sad as Pancake Queen Brandi, who cooked up five pancake recipes during the challenge!) But, like I said before, I am so thankful to everyone who participated; I was worried nobody would join. And just because the challenge is over doesn’t mean we have to stop making pancakes, right Brandi?

I seriously haven’t made pancakes in AGES and it’s pretty ridiculous. I’m feeling pretty inspired by all of these ideas though so I might have to crack out the frying pan one of these mornings and get my pancake on!
