In retrospect, I shouldn’t have said that “bananas can be a healthy addition to anyone’s diet.” Obviously, if you are allergic to bananas or if they just don’t sit well with you, then by all means, don’t eat them. I simply meant that I don’t think bananas should be avoided solely for their higher-calorie/starch content.

Awwwwww … as if you had read my thoughts (I was SO close to asking if you could post puppy-pictures again …)! Henry and Molly are really cute and they seem to have enjoyed their day at the Dog Park!
