It is really smooth and flavorful. You definitely need to seek it out. Who knew the Italians made such great chocolate? I never woulda guessed. (Btw, I experienced the same problems with the Theo 91%...so hard/dry. I really wanted to like it though! Theo's sweeter, less dark chocolate is better - meaning their mint chocolate!)
