Thanksgiving: Dessert-Style

by Chocolate-Covered Katie on November 26, 2009

I’ve done many, many “I’m thankful” posts, so to avoid sounding repetitive, today’s post topic is a little bit different: Thanksgiving desserts :)

This Thanksgiving…

May you eat your weight in Vegan Apple Pie

br

And savor the flavor of Baked Apples too.

br2

May you stuff yourself silly with Roasted Pecans

meeh

But save room for the pumpkin!

May you bask in the spicy aroma of homemade Pumpkin Muffins

za

Then cuddle up with a bowl of Pumpkin Pie Mousse

Just don’t eat so much that you turn into a pumpkin

Oh heck, it’s Thanksgiving: Who cares if you do turn into a pumpkin!

Serve yourself another slice of that Crustless Pumpkin Pie

  br3

… And of course don’t forget the Pumpkin Pie Babies ;)

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!!

Happy Thanksgiving Katie! I had a bowl of blended pumpkin oat bran this morning, just so I could link it to you tonight :) Well, that and I had a perfect jar of almond butter that was begging for it. I hope you enjoy your holiday, my friend. Thanks for always inspiring me to be a better person!

the crustless pumpk pie….PERFECTION on the cutting method. Wow, you must have used a laser or a scalpel or something suppppper precise. I want it whatever it is to get stubborn 1st pieces of desserts out…or just create beautiful presentation!

All your Thanksgiving desserts look absolute delicious, Katie! I’m especially eyeing that vegan apple pie because of the huge bag of local apples my mom brought home. Hope you had a fantastic Thanksgiving!

I attempted crustless pumpkin pie but once.. wasn’t pretty. Let’s just say I had to tell my dad it was intended to be “pumpkin soup”
