Look who’s talking now

by Chocolate-Covered Katie on December 4, 2009

Mama Pea says I can’t talk about Mr. Banana Hammock any more, so today’s post’ll have to be about something else.  Sorry to disappoint.

Hmmmmm… what to talk about?

There’s always Cookie Dough Babies

cd2

But you’ve already seen quite a lot of them in the past month.

.

.

There’s the Halloween Hotties…

mummy

But something tells me  Mama Pea wouldn’t approve of them either.

(I wonder what she’d think of this guy  :-? )

.

I could talk about Operation Chocolate-Covered Kindness.

But foodbuzz still hasn’t posted how much money we raised last month.

.

.

I know!  I’ll post Pink Doughnut Eater photos :) :)

No one could ever get sick of seeing the Pink Doughnut Eater, right?

Could he be a Gerber model or what?  I keep telling his mom.

Makes me consider having a baby for real (i.e. not of the fudge variety).

Calm down, people.  I said “consider.”

Artisana Coconut Butter (and other nut butters too) Giveaway here.

Don’t forget you can get 6 extra entries :) .

Oh good, that banana hammock photo made me wince each time you posted it. I’m happy it’s gone.

The Pink Doughtnut Eater is a much better choice. Super cute and talented too! There must be some serious cuteness genes in your family.

Haha he is too cute! An improvement over the banana hammock for sure ;-)

I love your posts: funny and entertaining :)

Do we get 6 entries each time we make a recipe or just 6 entries when we tried a recipe?

Okay I just read my question and it’s not clear at all xD

Let me reformulate:
I’ve blogged about the melted banana 566773 times. Is it considered a recipe?

*I promise, if I get my Magicbullet, I’ll be blogging about those fudge babies :)

xoxo

Hey Katie! Your cashew cookie babies were amazing! I’m eating some more of them for snacks today! Thanks for your kind words about my pics…I was actually a photojournalism major in college. So, yea I took a photo course or two…:-)

CUTE!

I am making a banana hammock today! maybe i’ll post pictures to my blog…it will be epic!

The pink donut eater is much cuter than borat!

Katie, thanks so much for the comment on my blog yesterday. Please continue to drop by occasionally., I understand you have a million friends so its hard :)
But your kindness inspires me, especially at christmas when I have a tough personal time with things.
Nice post. Cashew butter is my favorite. Artisana so darn pricey. A splurge I love and feel wrong for all at once :) I cannot apply to your contest though – Not American !

Oh praise Jesus. I would much rather look at the pink donut eater than Harry Wang any day. ;)

That boy is C-U-T-E! I mean the Pink Doughnut Eater, not Mr. Banana Hammock! PDE has great hair, whereas MBH is in definite need of a good total body wax!

Can’t wait to see the Operation Chocolate Covered Kindness results!!!

I’d take pink doughnut eater over Borat any day.. ridiculously cute!

He actually could be a little model. Such a cutie!

Mama Pea’s been discussing Buzzcocks and Beaver snuggies so I think you still have some wiggle room on the Banana Hammocks. :)

very cute small child. I love small children (and now with my . . . sixth? friend pregnant – and that’s just the ones due NEXT year) so I can understand the consideration!!

Hoping for a great big number for CCKindness.

hi katie,
I’m sorry about all the previous annoying comments I or anyone may have left. I just thought, maybe they would decrease if you announced something to PROVE you r healthy (but it is TOTALLY up to you, it’s personal!) that u have your period? This tells readers a lot with a few words. ur cousins r cute btw! :)

The pink doughnut eater reminds me of my middle son when he was little. His hair was just like that! Now I’m sad because my doughnut eater is 17 and growing :( Boy, they grow too fast!

Shelby December 4, 2009 at 9:42 pm

Pink Doughnut eater is so adorable! Usually I’m biased towards other kids because my brothers are so cute..but I’ll make an exception!

Jess December 4, 2009 at 9:42 pm

By the way, Katie, you look totally healthy in that photo with the mummy, just your arms happen to be thin. big whoop. it’s not like your jeans are falling off your emaciated hip bones. I meant to say that before.

sisrocks1996 December 4, 2009 at 10:03 pm

AW I love the blonde hair! And the big smile. Totally a model if I’ve ever seen one. I know cute kids always make you want them, but for every cute one there is the tantrum child ;)

I don’t know how you find such hotties. I am totally gonna have to look you up in the Big D!

eatandrun December 4, 2009 at 11:01 pm

Eww! Anonymous’s request is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever heard. Even grosser than the Borat ppicture! Please Katie, do NOT entertain the idea of writing a blog post announcing to the world what the status of your period is! That has got to be the sickest thing I’ve ever heard, and we normal readers do not want to hear it.
I’ll admit to having read your whole faq and wanting to know every little detail about your life like you’re a celebrity, because well, to me you might as well be. But that’s taking it too far!
But the comment I was going to leave, until I was distracted by the disgustingness above, was to say that your PDE is so adorable! Do you think he needs a babysitter? I’d do it for free, and I’d even bring along some pink doughnuts :)

Aww no more banana hammocks! Boycot! Just kidding :) Look at that little cutie, I just want to hug and squish him. You are 100% right about him being a gerber model.

Enjoy your weekend girl!

That kid is adorable!!
I’m sorry people keep getting on your case about how thin you are. When I saw that picture I didn’t notice how you looked but rather what that mummy would look like wearing a banana hammock haaha, you’ve corupted my mind

eat and run, I’m sorry if this was up setting, but so was your response to the borat pic. have you no sense of humor? I honestly don’t care, I was just making a suggestion. It was noting towards you, so calm down.
