The best thing? Celestial Seasoning’s Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride tea. I have waited for SO LONG to try it, and yesterday I finally saw it in my grocery store! <3

Your cuppycakes look delish. ^.~

Well, I learned something new today. Pillsbury cream cheese frosting is vegan? 8O
I actually haven’t had anything too exciting in the past 24 hours. :( Maybe pecan pralines…

PB&J. Those cupcakes look glazed. Cinnamon rollish. They look REALLY good as usual! I wish I liked the taste of coconut better because you make it delicious.

Those cupcakes look awesome!

By far, the best thing to grace my plate in the last 24 hours was homemade tiramisu from a local mom and pop Italian restaurant.

Enjoy your weekend, Katie!

Hahaha, your naked cupcakes are just as scandalous as my topless s’mores! We have such naughty desserts! ;-)

I recently found out about the Pilsbury frosting being vegan! I wish companies would make that stuff more known because they would have a loyal fan base for sure. Sometimes junk food is the way to go.

Another great post, Katie!

Katie, your carrot cake cupcakes look way too tempting! The best thing that I’ve consumed in the past day would have to be my recent favorite creation: stir-fried green beans, kabocha puree, and brown rice… all mixed together! The flavors mesh so well and it’s incredibly satisfying.

I love your carrot cupcakes. I made them a few weeks ago and topped them with some tofu-pumpkin frosting (silken tofu, stevia and pumpkin butter) and my friend ate 6 of them for dessert. How would have eaten more if there were any left too!

Best thing I’ve eaten are the muffins I just made – Butternut squash-banana-cranberry. Yum. I posted the recipe on my blog: makingfoodandotherstuff.wordpress.com

I’m glad you’re so obsessed with coconut butter- I bought a jar like 5 weeks back, and honestly this stuff even in the tiniest spoonful full, soooo good. Its lasted me forever, and I cannot wait for it to be almost gone, so I can have an OIAJ in it.

But seriously, best. stuff. ever.
