Hope everyone who celebrates is having a very merry Christmas.
Here in north Texas, we have our first white Christmas since 1926!
Two days ago it was 78 degrees, then the next day it was 20 and snowing. Normally, I’d rather have the 78 degrees. But who doesn’t love a white Christmas?

Believe me Katie, I did have a VERY chocolate covered Christmas. I made a double decker chocolate peanut butter cake and we’ve been eating it constantly, there is nothing better that the combination of chocolate and peanut butter. So hooray for a chocolate drenched Christmas!
