In honor of National Pancake Month, it’s time for another Pancake Challenge… with a twist.
And one lucky, random winner will get this gorgeous array of nut butters
(courtesy of the Artisana company, except for the jar of coconut butter, which I added to the prize).

But you can still participate even if you don’t want the prize.
I’m going to, even though I can’t win the contest.

To participate:
1. Cook up your own version/flavor (or one of my versions) of Pancake Roll Ups.
2. Blog about them, linking back, by March 4th. Or, if you don’t have a blog, send me a photo/s. (Then please leave a comment telling me you emailed me, so I can know to look for the email.)
I know that these rules require a little more effort than the normal “link to my contest” blogger-giveaway rules… but look on the bright side: That means there’ll be fewer entrants, which translates to a better chance of winning!

I don’t know if my pancake entry still qualifies. How sad. I turned in my last comment to you at a couple of minutes to midnight on Wednesday, my time. And then I realized that, your time, it was way into Thursday already. What does this mean? I also tweaked my pancake post a little bit and when I reposted it, it shows up as a Thursday post.
