CCK, I made the 24-carrot cake pancakes today and can I just tell you they are SOOOOOO good!! I can’t wait to buy (or WIN!) some of that Artisana love to spread all over them!
These really will be a staple – the recipe is going in my trusty little notecard binder that has all my beloved recipes everyone asks me for. You ROCK, my friend!!! Here is my post about it on my blog:

Hi Katie!

I don’t know if my pancake entry still qualifies. How sad. I turned in my last comment to you at a couple of minutes to midnight on Wednesday, my time. And then I realized that, your time, it was way into Thursday already. What does this mean? I also tweaked my pancake post a little bit and when I reposted it, it shows up as a Thursday post. Oh bother. Well, let me know if I’m still eligible or not. Not that I’d probably win the prize, but I just want to know how you feel about my strange last minute situation.
