good luck on your finals, katie! i was interested in the palm oil issue, as well, when i saw it in the comments yesterday. personally, i don’t consider earth balance a good source of healthy fats simply because it is processed and a lot of its fat is saturated (though there’s still the whole coconut matter, but i’m allergic to it anyway… sadness.) either way, i think this might be something interesting to look in to and i believe that fats are the most beneficial if consumed in their natural state.

Good luck on your finals! Thanks for taking notice about the palm oil issue. Honestly, i am pretty passionate about it and stopped buying anything with palm oil in it, but it makes vegan butter buying nearly impossible.
is palm bad? why do they add it in everything? darn it…
