  2. Kellie says

Hello! Looking forward to your sweet concoctions! Please don’t stop posting them! I check in here everyday and love all the things that you create. Especially can’t wait for the skinny Fudge babies. Sounds delicious! Is there a healthy whipped cream that can ice cakes that’s busy forming in that brilliant mind of yours? Or a brownie? Or a skinny pie? Please don’t stop… 😀

    I’m getting hungry.

  4. Jojo says

Also, I am looking forward to your carrot cake ice cream recipe! Yay!

  5. Jen says

I just found your blog a few days ago and love so many of your recipes, especially the oatmeal ones!

I would love to see your non-soy tofu recipe – my mom is a breast cancer survivor and I am always looking for non-soy vegetarian options to cook for her when I go home.

  6. Sarah says

Wow that bakery looks great! Throw a just cookies sampler my way, pretty please.

And I wanna know what this soyless tofu is all about!

  7. Heather R says

I would love to see a recipe for Raw Samoas Truffles. I used to hate Samoas when I was younger, but gladly I quickly got over that. Also, I am so glad that the bake sale went well. This community rocks.

  8. Jean says

Pumpkin pie fudge intrigues me the most. Wonder if anyone else will pick it? Pumpkin lovers unite so katie will post this one first!

  9. Susan Foster says

Raw samoa truffles please! Although it was a hard choice – all of the recipes sound goooood. And BTW – planning on making peanut butter cup babies tomorrow night!

  10. Elie says

You ‘ve had me at tofu without the soy, I ‘m too curious! Though everything else sounds so yummy too…! 😉 Can’t wait for the next posts!

Can I have all of them first? I can’t wait to make the raw samoas, vanilla ice cream and carrot cake in a bowl.
(And I already follow you on Twitter)

  12. Jaime says

Pumpkin pie fudge sounds awesome! Thanks for the link…all those chocolates look amazing! If I were picking for myself I would pick the chocolate covered caramels but since Easter is coming I’d pick as many easter chocolates for my two kids as I could get. I haven’t been able to find any around where I live and I know they’d be so excited if the bunny left them all a giant chocolate bunny and chocolate eggs!

  13. Chelsea says

Ohh skinny fudge babies sound really good =DDD Just because I love me some fudge mmm <3

& oh gosh your friends website looks delicious! The choco covered eggs look even better unwrapped mmmm. I'd definitely go with the bunny and eggs haha! I'm also following you on twitter (cschuurr)!

  14. Kristin says

I just started following you on twitter! Now I’m off to look at the Allison’s Gourmet Bakery website

  15. Sarah says

  16. Tricia says

I’m super glad that the bake sale went well 🙂 in terms of what I want to see posted first… Defimately the samoas. That sounds delish.

  17. Christa says

wow, that’s quite the list of goodies! I am completely intrigued by the tofu without soy, but the raw Samoa truffles sound amazing!

I had a look at the website too and the brownies look incredible! The cherry chocolate, OMG does that look goooood 🙂

  18. Kelly says

Love the recipes. Especially since the are mostly single serving and I don’t have to worry about eating more than my share. I would love to see the skinny fudge babies recipe first, but then again the carrot cake in a bowl might be a good one to start with. Oh I guess you’ll just have to surprise me.

  19. Jen S. says

Katie, I’d love to see the Vanilla Bean Ice Cream recipe! I’m an ice cream monster and would love a healthier version! =)

  21. Montana says

    Hi Katie,
I have never left a post on a blog before but here goes-
as someone who has struggled with food and body issues my entire life it has been in the last year or so that food blogs and vegan eating has made me take huge steps in my journey toward health, happiness, and loving myself. I am amsbolutely smitten with your blog and an having a blast making your delicious recipies and learning how food can be fun, and not about deprivation. I love your upbeat attitude and your reminders that we all come in unique shapes and sizes and shoudl not strive to be something that we are not. Thank you so much for helping me on my journey to beat my disordered eating and become an overall happier person. You are truly amazing!
    -Montana.
PS- pumpkin fudge all the way.. mmmm!!!!

  22. Becky says

I would love to see the carrot cake icecream. I LOVE carrot cake anything! 🙂

I would use the $35 to buy my mother $35 worth of chocolate. She loves chocolate, but I would love to show her that vegan chocolate tastes good. If she disagrees, then I’ll keep the $35 worth of chocolate! 🙂

  23. dragonmamma/naomi says

Pumpkin pie fudge. Pumpkin and chocolate, it’s got to be good!
Just checked out Allison’s bakery. Did you see that cherry almond bark? Tough call between that and truffle filled eggs!

  24. Kelly says

the cauliflower looks good, I like to cut mine up into thin slices spray with olive oil and a little garlic then roast it in the oven. It melts in your mouth.

  25. Lilly says

Wow Katie, you are so amazing! Tofu without the soy? so creative! I cannot wait for the carrot cake ice cream, soooo easter-y 😀 You have so many great and fabulous ideas and I have loved every single thing I have made from your recipes. Also, I just wanted to let you know how sweet and generous you are for putting all the time and effort into the bake sale. You could have just donated and felt good about it, but you went above and beyond and should seriously be awarded with something great, you deserve it! Have a great (chocolate covered?) weekend!

  26. Disturbed says

Pumpkin Pie Fudge. No questions. That sounds absolutely amazing!
I also already follow you on twitter 🙂

    *crosses fingers*

  27. Shannon says

I’m not sure if I’m more excited for the pumpkin pie fudge (for some reason I’ve been totally on a pumpkin kick lately) or the raw samosa truffles because they just SOUND so interesting.

Ooooh and I checked out the goodies on the website. WOW! I think if I could, I’d take that $35 and buy every flavor of caramel. It’s been a very long, long time since I’ve had caramels.

  28. Brandae says

Hi Katie! AWESOME job putting together the vegan bake sale!
I’d love to see tofu without soy. There are so many recipes I don’t try because of my soy allergy – I’d love to see an alternative. Thanks a bunch!

  29. Erica says

Raw samoas truffles. Samoas are the BEST girl scout cookies out there! I love the toasted coconut chocolate combo. Mmm, mmm, mmm…

  30. tiffany says

that carrot cake in a bowl sounds good. and i would definitely go for the vegan truffles…$35 exactly!

  31. Alexandra (Veggin' Out in the Kitchen) says

Everything looks SO amazing, girl!!!! How do you come up with all these mouth-watering creations?? I actually know the answer – you’re a genius!! (As I’ve stated many times before 🙂 ) I guess I would pick the vanilla bean ice cream because I love vanilla bean (other then it’s king of expensive 🙁 ) But the pumpkin pie fudge sounds AMAZING too (everything you’ve ever posted has sounded amazing to me though :D)

And I made your lemon-poppy seed muffins!!! I’m just like you in that I’m incapable of truly following a recipe (although I completely trust your taste buds 🙂 ). But anyway, I was trying to use brown rice flour, but chickpea flour kind of found its way in instead. Luckily I realized it before I but all of it in, and reached for a different flour. But I still missed the brown rice flour and snatched the buckwheat flour instead! Brown rice flour did eventually making its way in, but it took a while. I really need to label my flours better 😉
I still LOVED them though as I’ve never made anything of yours that I haven’t loved (and I may or may not have eaten three mini-muffins as soon as they came out of the oven 😉 ), and my mom really likes them too! But next time, I’m going to follow your recipe exactly (try to anyway 😉 ), and then I know they will be absolutely perfect!! 😀

    <3

  32. lindsay says

Hey KT! I found your blog via the bake sale you auctioned off last week. Awesome idea and it’s good to know that healthy vegan bloggers can unite for such a great cause 🙂

As for your giveaway, I’d love for you to post about carrot cake ice cream. That sounds sinfully delicious and I love everything carrot!

I just added you to my blog roll and started following you on twitter this week. So I shall tweet about it too! Thanks so much girlie and love ur blog!

  33. Lisa says

It’s a toss up between the raw samoas and the skinny fudge babies! I can’t wait to see them both! I just recently went vegan so I’m looking for lots of recipes!! Why not start with dessert!? 🙂

  34. Jenny says

Which recipe I’d like to see posted first… When it comes to your recipes, that always seems like an impossibly difficult question to answer.

All the ones that sound sweet would be awesome and delicious, but… simply because I’m SUPER curious, I’d want to see the “soy-less” tofu recipe first! Just because I can’t picture it!

  35. Malika says

    Carrot cake ice cream!
    Ahh sounds exciting and DELISH!
Thanks for the opportunity to win such a great giveaway!

  36. VegWhoHatesTofu says

In am very intrigued by tofu w/out the soy. I am not a fan of tofu at all but this sounds very interesting! It would definitely be worth a try, maybe w/out soy I will think differently about tofu… I am looking forward to the recipe!

And those chocolates look fabulous! With $35 I would get some goodies for my kids Easter baskets. My daughter loves chocolate so I definitely need some of these vegan sweets!

  37. ASK says

Tofu without the soy, definitely (trying not to chow down on soy for every meal, haha), though the vanilla bean ice cream sounds like amazingness. I don’t dare buy any at the store because I can’t resist eating the entire pint…

Thanks for all your hard work for the bake sale. It’s a lot to do by yourself.

  38. Rachelle says

Ohmygosh Katie her chocolates and baked goods look amazing! Too bad I gave up sweets AND baked goods for lent!! I’m actually not religious, but I just really wanted to challenge myself and boy has it been hard!
Your raw samosa truffles sound really interesting! I wonder what could be in them…chocolate and coconut perhaps? Haha
As for the $35, I would actually donate it to the American Red Cross to help out with the Japanese earthquake and tsunami relief fund. I have family in Japan, so this cause is very dear to me!

  39. Ashley says

I can’t wait to see your recipe for peanut butter frozen hot chocolate! With a name like that, how could it be anything but amazing?

  40. Brandie says

Mmmm Pirates of the Caribbean!!!!!!!! Them are some hot boys yeppers… You’d have to share with me too! Hahaha..!

OMG the vegan bunny gift set. Looks amazing! For the 1st question.. yeah yeah I know you want tpost CHOCOLATE but I would love to see that Tofu without the soy recipe! Ack! I THINK I might spend the $35 on the solid bunny and the truffle-y eggs actually – it’d be lil over $35 but I’d pay the difference to get the filled eggs!

Thank you Katie and Allison, what a fun giveaway!

    • chocolate-katie says

Hmmm… that’s two guys for three girls. I wonder how that would work. Perhaps we should just kick Kiera Knightly out of it. What’dya think? If we work together, we can take her, right? 😉

  41. Aisatsana says

I had your cauliflower chicken nuggets last night too. 🙂 Except, I’m not a fan of BBQ sauce, so I roast them on top of some cut up onion and garlic and sprinkle them with some all purpose vegetable seasoning. So yummy!!!! Thanks for posting your recipes, they are all amazing!

I’d really like to see your recipe for skinny fudge babies, please. I follow you on twitter (as Aicats) 😀

  42. Mae says

I would love to see the recipe for Raw Samosas Truffles – they sound delicious! But everything on the list sounds good…I can’t wait to see them all!

  43. Lorin says

I would love to see the peanut butter hot chocolate. I can eat peanut butter at every meal and I probably do eat it sometimes with two meals. It’s really awesome how after the bake sale you are still doing more stuff, if I were you I would want to take a break, haha 🙂 Thanks for doing all of this, I’m sure it takes a lot of time. I’m a first year in college and I can’t even imagine doing all this work and homework.

  44. Kaitlyn Nelson says

Oh my goodness, Pumpkin Pie Fudge sounds so good right now!

And her website is very awesome! I will most likely be ordering from there in the near future.

  48. Rebecca says

They all sound delicious, but my first vote goes to the Vanilla Bean Ice cream. With warm weather kicking in, I’m anxious to start some ice cream making 🙂

  49. Alexandra says

I want the carrot cake in a bowl recipe first, please! I am a die-hard carrot cake oats fan (a la Maya and Eliza) and I would love to try/see your version! thanks Katie!

Skinny fudge babies!!! I can’t wait! All of those up and coming recipes though sound absolutely amazing…your blog excites me way more than it should do hehe! Just away to browse on the bakery website!! xx

  57. Donna says

My first thought was to vote for the carrot cake in a bowl, but it’s so unseasonably hot here today that I have to cast my vote for carrot cake ice cream please!

  58. Tess says

The carrot cake in a bowl and carrot cake ice cream. First off I love carrot anything!!! But mix it up for desert and I’m head over heels! Thanks for sharing the recipes and the great yummy give a way.

  59. kaila @ healthyhelper! says

  60. kayleigh says

carrot cake in a bowl? yes please!
however, the pumpkin fudge sounds soooo amazing. i’m in such a pumpkin mood lately!

  61. Rachel says

Skinny fudge babies! Or the soyless tofu; that’s just crazy-intriguing.

Oh, and, um, Allison’s Gourmet has vegan toffee?? haven’t had toffee in ages, and it used to be my favorite thing in the world . . . yum!

I’d love to see the carrot cake ice cream! Carrot cake is my favorite dessert 🙂

  63. Sarah says

SAMOAS!!!!!!!!!!! I thought you had done it with the cake batter milkshake….but SAMOAS! AHHH. Must. Find. Chocolate.

    🙂

  64. melissa @ the delicate place says

i want to hear about skinny fudge babies or carrot cake in a bowl! love carrots! is it weird that i sometimes shred carrots over my vanilla coconut (dairy free) ice cream with a hefty dose of cinnamon?!

  65. Ari@ThE DiVa DiSh says

Oh man Katie…have I mentioned ur Incredible! I would love to see them all at once 🙂 BUT since we can’t do that- then for sure the vanilla ice cream…I can’t have dairy so I am super excited to try that!!

  66. Jess says

hm, raw samoa truffles or vanilla bean ice cream sounds so good right now. i’d be thinking just the opposite though; i get excited to see pretty girls like kiera. guys are meh to me lol. i was addicted to watching dead man’s chest, for some reason; it might be my favorite.

  67. Aja says

Raw samoa truffles of course. They sound delicious. Or maybe the peanut butter frozen hot chocolate. They all sound yummy!

  68. goatgirl says

Um, Samoas Truffles. Yep. Definitely the thing with the coconut. No doubt. None. That’s the recipe I want.

  69. Stephanie says

There are so many things in this post that make me happy. I cannot even begin to explain… Mmm. =)
Carrot cake in a bowl sounds divine. As does EVERYTHING ELSE. Seriously, Katie, how do you come up with this stuff? Tofu without the soy? BRILLIANT!
Also, I think I’d be the happiest girl in the world if I won that chocolate. I haven’t had chocolate eggs or a chocolate bunny since I went vegan, and I’m kind of craving some right now.

  70. amber says

I would like to enter the contest. And I would like to see the Peanut Butter Frozen Hot Chocolate first! 🙂

  71. Alyson says

I really want the Samoas Truffles to be the first recipe. 🙂 They sound yummy. 😀
Also, I love her toffee and caramels (the caramels are PERFECT! and I adore them) so I would buy a bunch of those. 🙂
Can’t wait for recipes! And for easter too! Chocolates and candy? Yes, please! 🙂

    Muchos besos y abrazos,
    Aly

  72. Danielle says

Ooooh…it’s a tie between the carrot cake ice cream/in a bowl (carrot cake = my fave dessert ever!) and PB frozen hot chocolate! I just had the amazing PB frozen hot chocolate from Serendipity in Vegas, but would love to try a vegan version!

  73. andrea says

I’d love to see the peanut butter frozen hot chocolate first!! 🙂
And I think I’d spend $35 scrounging the aisles of whole foods trying new bars/chocolate! 🙂

  74. Laura says

hah I was going to comment this anyway, but I would love to win chocolate for doing so 😉 RAW SAMOAS TRUFFLES! I somehow managed to miss out on Girl Scouts cookies this year, so I need my fix!

  75. Steph! says

    Ooh, I vote pumpkin fudge!

And I would definitely buy caramels with $35. I don’t think I’ve had any since going vegan 4+ years ago. Eep!!

  76. Cate says

Carrot cake in a bowl, for sure!

By the way, the idea of Skinny Fudge Babies makes me think of SkinnyGirl margaritas, which makes me wonder . . . would you ever do margarita or key lime pie babies? =D

  77. Elle says

Love love chocolate bunnies… so glad Easter is almost here. It is late this year!

I would love to see the skinny fudge babies first. What is your pick, Katie?

  78. Katie says

I’m really interested in that pumpkin pie fudge recipe. then, i’m (more than) slightly obsessed with pumpkins and pumpkin pie-i have 4 tins of pie spice in my collection currently.

the money? it would go to beans. i’m also obsessed with trying new dried beans right now. i go through odd food fixations.

  79. Tabitha says

So hard to choose only $35 worth, because all of Allison’s stuff is so tempting. However, I am DYING to try her caramels…can’t decide whether to try the chocolate-covered or the plain caramels first.

  80. Eleanor says

Uhh… Peanut butter FROZEN hot chocolate?
    You.
    Are.
    A.
    GENUIS.

I don’t know how you do it, but you do it well. Amazingly well. Fabulously well.
    Wow.

Who knew vegan could be so GOOD?
    I have renewed hope!

  81. alain says

Hi Katie! thanks for holding this awesome giveaway. I’d love to see the recipe for pumpkin pie fudge! It reminds me of my favorite thanksgiving dessert – my mom’s choco-pumpkin treacle tart. I like to think Harry Potter would’ve been a fan 🙂

  82. Emily says

I’d love to see the skinny fudge baby recipe (I’ve been wondering about this ever since you mentioned it awhile back) or the pumpkin fudge since always like things that remind me of thanksgiving year round! As for how I’d spend the money…I’d probably go for a sampler since it’d be a great way to force myself to expand my horizons…growth through chocolate?! I like it…

..and also I already follow you on twitter!

  83. Moni'sMeals says

Raw Samoa Truffles! hands down! but any of them will work– let’s be honest. 😉

I just wanted to say how great you are for all your efforts last week and the bake-off! People like you make the world better and better. 😉

haha- Pirates of the Carribean, always good.

  84. J3nn (Jenn's Menu and Lifestyle Blog) says

SWEET giveaway! Allison’s bakery site is wonderful. I would put the $35 toward a baker’s sampler. Everything looks scrumptious! 😀

  85. VanessaG says

I’m looking forward to all the recipes, but peanut butter and ice cream are my top 2 favorite foods ever so I can’t wait to see what you make!! I will def make it the same day you post the recipe! I LOVE YOUR BLOG!!!!

  86. SB says

Carrot Cake in a Bowl for sure! I just watched Throwdown and it was the Carrot Cake episode–I’m dying for some now!

  87. Jade says

This being a VERY chocolate-covered blog, I’d have to go with the chocolate truffles AND the chocolate peanut butter cups. Just too dang delicious-looking!

  88. Albizia says

All the recipes sound good but I’d like to see the raw truffles first because the lack of kitchen appliances doesn’t give a lot of cooking options 🙂 .

I checked the site and everything there looks mouthwatering. Like heaven for chocolate lovers. And this bunny is so cute but I guess it doesn’t want to live in Japan 😛 .

  89. Kianni says

Skinny Fudge babies? Sounds interesting…and I’m thinking when I get that recipe, I want to put them in the long ice cube tray I have and possibly make fudgsicles? hmmm…lol
    $35? Hmm..schoolbooks (or like..a 1/3 of one)! hehe ^_^””
Chocolate bunnies are cute, almost as cute as a real bunny..maybe cute…becuase you don’t have to pick up after them..ha.

  90. Chris says

ohh, i will tell you both:
    1. i would love to see the carrot cake ice cream, sounds yum!
    2. everything on her site looks great! i would prob try some peppermint patties and toffee or the assortment to get a little of everything. sounds soooo good!

  91. Courtney (greeneyedrunner) says

I’d like to see raw Samoas! And wowww, vegan toffee sounds to die for!

I already follow you on Twitter 🙂

  92. Kate says

I want just about everything on that list 🙂

But carrot cake is the best dessert in the world (what other dessert has vegetables in it and actually tastes good?) so the carrot cake ice cream it is!

  93. kathleen says

I would.get an assortment because all of the vegan treats look amazing. Imean how does one choose between peppermint parties, vegan caramels, truffles and pb cups… really?

  94. jacquie says

i’m curious about the tofu without the soy – sounds as though it might be a good protein source and i’m concerned about eating much soy as there seems to so much uncertainty about it.

    jacquieastemborski AT comcast DOT net

  95. Ilana says

We are sooo similar. I’ve spent a few selected nights in, eating veggies and watching those same hot Pirates.

what to post next? pleeeeeeeeeeease post the samoas truffles. i’m having a very serious caramel craving.

  96. Meghan @ StruggleMuffins says

Vanilla bean ice cream! No- raw samoas truffles! No – vanilla bean ice cream. Followed soon thereafter by raw samoas truffles that could be crumbled up over the ice cream mmmmm

  97. Elaine says

Pls post the tofu-without the soya first!

I have been reading alot lately that as a woman, that is vegan, there is such a thing as having too much protein, or soya in our diets. I consume alot of tofu as my protein as choice. A soya free option, would really interest me at this time!
    Thanks Katie

  98. Jenna says

I would get the cookie sampler, and whatever else she wanted to throw in! Or the baker’s sampler, and I’d pay the extra $2.

  99. Amanda says

    Peanut Butter Frozen Hot Chocolate!
    Carrot Cake Ice Cream!
    Both sound amazingly delicious.
I would also be interested in learning how to make tofu without soy!

  100. EP says

I think I’d have to close my eyes and randomly point at the screen. No way could I choose–it all looks amazing.

  101. Caron says

Please post carrot cake in a bowl first! I would use the $35 for the mint chocolate chip cookies. They sound delish!

  102. KatieDid says

Raw Samoas truffles please! I’m so into raw foods lately, and Samoas were my favorite back in the pre-vegan days.

  103. Lisa says

I’d like to see your pumpkin pie fudge first because it would seem weird if you posted a pumpkin recipe in the middle of spring!

  104. Lynda Clark says

I would definitely like to see the Skinny Fudge Babies posted. It sounds so intriguing. I love your blog and look forwards to each new posting.

  105. Laura says

My two favorite things – peanut butter and bunnies. So my vote is for the peanut butter frozen hot chocolate to be first. My wish would be the chocolate bunny.

carrot cake in a bowl! i have a buttload of carrots to use! not sure how i’d spend $35, i’d probably give it to buy mom so she can have some extra $$ to buy food for my grandparents, they’re in their 80’s and 90’s so it’s hard to take care of them. that being said, my grammy and grampy are rockstars for livin life so long 😉

this post reminds me i’m so excited for the next pirates movie, but no keira or orlando! so bummed, i adore keira.

those vegan sweets sound EXCELLENT. perfect for easter

Carrot cake ice cream! I love all things bunnies and carrots. Easter might just be my favorite holiday 🙂 My mom doesn’t know about amazing vegan companies like this so I never get chocolate bunnies anymore.. But I always felt guilty eating their cute little ears!

I would love to see the tofu without the soy recipe… oh and if I had $35 to spend I’d get the baker’s choice sampler and share it with my family.
