Hi Katie, I have this feeling I didn’t do this right. I am trying to enter your vitamix contest so I posted a recipe that I make all the time on my blog that is a chocolate covered yummy mix that we eat for snacks and breakfast and dessert–meaning WHENEVER because it is so good. But then maybe I am thinking I am supposed to do one of your recipes. Hope I did this okay. I am Silly Tater Tot’s aunt and she mentioned this contest on her blog. Great blog, btw.

    Hi katie!!!
I religiously follow your blog and absolutely love it! i recently tried your banana microwave trick into my oatmeal at work… and let me tell you: blew my old cold banana out of the water! This simple banana trick has changed my work breakfasts (i am a preschool teacher in Israel) for good. it is so cold here in the morning and so nice to be able to enjoy something so warm and satisfying. thank you so much for the tip. please continue to be as amazing as ever!!!
lots of love from across the world

    Hi Katie,

I just love love love your pancakes recipes! Here in Belgium they are very flat like crèpes and not so healthy. But yours were a breakfeast revelation for me. They are low in cal and very filling! Thank you so much!
Next up this weekend I’m trying the pizzerts! They look soooo good!
Hope you find some time in the future for a waffle recipe! *hint *hint 🙂

These look amazing! If I would like to make muffins from this recipe, what changes do I need to make besides reducing the baking time? TIA!

Peanut butter stuffed chocolate bread recipe
Easy recipe. Rich chocolate, peanut butter, very good. Slight hint of banana but adds to the flavor and moisture. (Made with coconut milk, not oil)

This is awesome! I should have let it cool in the pan instead of on a rack, because it did lose some of its structural integrity when cutting. Next time I think I will make it into muffins instead.
