If serving this sauce to someone following a gluten-free diet, please be sure to use gf soy sauce. Regular soy sauce usually contains gluten, unless it specifically says “gluten free” on the label. If you use all-fruit orange marmalade and the stevia option, this sauce can be 100% free of added sugars. Sauce recipe makes around 300g total (1 1/4 cups), and nutrition info is per tablespoon.
