Information was calculated using Silk creamer for the first ingredient and Almond Breeze for the second. *Note: these calculations do include both the ice cream and the cookie dough. They were calculated using all sugar, so numbers may be slightly lower if you use the xylitol version. The chips are not included, as there’s no specific “right” measurement for them. I didn’t bother to measure when I made the recipe.

Lower-Fat Version:

Yes, you can substitute more almond milk (or another milk of choice) for all of the creamer or canned coconut milk if a lower-fat version is needed. Note that the texture will be more like ice milk, and it’s definitely best to eat it the day you make it. (Also remember that some healthy fat is good!)
