Sorry, I have no idea. I don't really pay attention to the idea of food combining. I know some people swear by it, but I just don't care to spend that much time planning how to "properly" eat.

I'm just wondering if you can give me your opinion on combining fruits and oats. I notice a lot of people adding only 1/2 a banana or 1/2 an apple to their oats and I don't get why they can't have a whole apple or banana with their oats, is it because of the high sugar/carbs content? Hmmm. I'd rather skimp on the oats then on the fruits. Why is it done like that? Thanks.
