I just discovered the addictive Dr.Cow&#039;s cheese and I&#039;m trying to duplicate it to save money, seems like soaked cashews, lemon juice, vinegar and spices might do the trick. If I get it right, I&#039;ll let you know :)</description>

            Im a Big athlete and i have to be very healthy of what i eat!! (Which i bet you do too!!) :)
      What would be some Really yummy but HEALTHY lunch ideas!! some that take some time cause im tired of the same sandwiches! mabey something like chicken salad? Something that makes you feal like you put something together and not just slapped on some meat and bread call it lunch. :) thanks sooooo much if you can help!! &lt;3</description>
