Above information per cupcake DOES include all of the cookie dough filling – and the recipe makes a lot of filling! Nutrition information was calculated based on a recipe made with spelt flour and low-fat Vegenaise. Please note, if doing calculations for yourself, that “vegan chocolate chips” were specified during calculations for the recipe to be cholesterol-free, and Calorie Count will give you the nutrition information for dry beans even if you specify cooked. My family makes black bean brownies at least every other week…but up to a couple times per weekend. I have been dying to make the bean cookie dough and it is happening today. I can’t wait to try more of your recipes!
