I’m gonna figure this out! I was thinking just the other day how wonderful it’d be to have a digital scale. my spring scale is pretty … inaccurate
I’ve been drooling over digital scales for awhile now, even before I really used the kitchen! My best friend is a pastry chef, and it just made so much sense to measure accurately when she talked about their recipes that I wanted my own scale.
