Per Popsicle:
Each fudgsicle will have 60 calories when made with full-fat coconut milk. You can use lite coconut milk, too, or milk of choice (in which case, they’ll have only around 20-30 calories each), but they’ll be less creamy.
Unlike real fudgsicles (the ones you buy at the store), these have no high fructose corn syrup or processed ingredients you can’t pronounce. They are completely free of any added sugars.
A true healthy treat that doesn’t taste “healthy.”
Substitution notes: I haven’t personally tried omitting the banana, so I can’t vouch for it… but some commenters have told me the popsicles are still good without the banana.
