Sautéed Kale Weight Watchers Points Plus: 0 points, even if you add the optional oil! (Kale and onion are considered free foods on Weight Watchers.)

Based on 1/4 the entire recipe, salt included. If you use 1/2 tbsp olive oil for sautéing (which I highly recommend), it only takes the calorie count up to 62 calories with 2.4g fat per serving (and, as mentioned above, the Weight Watchers points will still be zero).
