I used pop molds from the HopeFULL Company, which donates some of its profits to local charities in honor of a friend who passed away. (The company sent me a recipe packet along with the pop molds, so I might be blogging about them again in the future… once I decide which recipe to try first!)

Nutritional info above is based on 6 HopeFULL mold pops. Obviously your recipe may yield more or fewer pops, depending on the size of the popsicle molds you choose to use. The info was calculated using Silk soy yogurt, so numbers may also vary slightly depending on what yogurt you choose to use. The chocolate chips are not included, as there’s no “right” measurement for how much of them to use, and also because you can omit completely if desired, or dip in chocolate instead. Nutritional info does include the spinach.
