Pancake nutrition facts (for the entire recipe)

Nutrition info is for all 4 pancakes and DOES include the oil. If you’re a fan of oil-free pancakes, they still technically “work” if you leave out the oil… but do try the oil version at least once in your life to compare! It really gives the pancakes a soft, cake-like texture and buttery taste.

The pancakes are also high in manganese and selenium if you use the spelt flour. Calorie Count gives these pancakes an A-.
