As a reference, I looked on regular pints of ice cream and saw that the average serving size seems to be 70-80 grams. So the following info is based on 85-gram servings (The recipe makes around 425g total):

Nutritional Analysis:

  • calories: 35
  • fat: 0 grams
  • protein: 0 grams
  • carbohydrates: 7.5 grams
  • cholesterol: 0 mg

No, not a typo… this means even calorie-counters can feel comfortable eating multiple servings! And really, who ever sticks to one serving of ice cream anyway? Winking smile

The info was calculated using Almond Breeze. If you make this with 1/2 non-dairy creamer and 1/2 almond milk, it’s 75 calories per serving. And if you use all non-dairy creamer (or full-fat canned coconut milk): 100 calories per serving.

For nonalcoholic ice cream: PG-Rated Vanilla Ice Cream.
