If you give a girl a Pancake

The randomly-selected winner of the Pancake Challenge is Caroline!  (Yes, the same Caroline as in this post .  See, I told you it was ironic; I’d already scheduled that post before picking the winner of the Pancake Challenge!)

In reality?  I think I was the real winner because of all the fun I had with this challenge and all the delicious creations I got to see (such as the one below).
