Fall is one of my favorite times of the year. It’s when I exchange no-bake cookies and ice cream recipes for comfort foods made with cinnamon, caramel, sweet potatoes, apples, and pumpkin spice. The best part about Fall baking is that, by the time you are done, your kitchen will smell like a giant cinnamon roll!
Which brings me to the first recipe…
Coconut Caramel – How To Turn Coconut Milk Into Caramel
How To Make Pancakes That Never Stick
Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Bars
Coming up next, I’ll be posting a new comfort food breakfast recipe. So be sure to check back soon… I’m excited about the recipe and hope you’ll like it too!

Every time I see those chocolate chip peanut butter bars, I think YOU NEED TO MAKE THESE! And then life happens and I never do. The sweet potato brownies happen quite a bit though.
Fall is one of my favorite seasons too, but this year I’m having trouble with it. We’ve done so many outdoorsy things this year that I don’t want to have to stay inside or wear a million layers to go out. What’s wrong with me? Quick, get me a pumpkin spice latte!

SO glad I found this! I’m such a sucker for dessert but really struggle with making healthy options. Can’t wait to try some of these!

I wouldn’t say these are fall recipes exactly. I mean, cinnamon roll baked oatmeal and chocolate chip peanut butter bars know no season for me 😉
