I’m currently single so I’m planning on making the chocolate fudge brownies just for myself! Maybe if I feel nice I’ll share some with my roommate and her boyfriend but that’s it! 😉

I’m not a huge Valentine’s Day fan but I love the 15th when all the chocolate is on sale!

I hope you have a lovely Valentine’s Day!

I’ve got my eye on that chocolate mousse pie and the Greek yogurt cheesecake. I’ll probably be celebrating Valentine’s Day with my family. We’ll have a nice dinner and exchange cards/gifts. And, of course, there will be chocolate. 😉

  3. Sharon @ Bit of the Good Stuff says

These all look SO good!!! I think S should make you a dessert for a change. It’d be interesting to see what he would come up with 😉
I have no plans for Valentine’s Day. As I cook pretty much every day of the week, I’d love to be treated to a meal for a change. We’ll see what M pulls out the bag 😉

Hmm, I think my family and I will just be doing what we always do – have a quiet Valentines and just exchange a couple little gifts. I’m sure there will be chocolate (I sure bought some to give to them!). My mom or I might make the vegan chocolate cake (from an old DeliciousLiving Magazine that my mom has) that’s made with tofu . . . it’s absolutely, insanely good. The frosting’s made out of silken tofu and melted chocolate, but it literally tastes like fluffy mousse. *SWOON*

My hubby is returning from a missions trip on V Day. I have a ramonatic dinner and dessert planned, but I’m thinking a romatic breakfast might be fun, too! 🙂

Was just sharing your Valentine’s Day recipe last night in an Udi’s gluten free twitter chat and used this link I think not knowing you included one of my recipes it in 🙂 haha!

  7. Hannah says

    Ooh! Yum!

My plans are: take a long van ride to our new temporary home, which happens to be a church parking lot, and have a Valentine’s party with post-it note valentines and your double chocolate brownie cookies. 🙂

  8. Andie says

Yummmyy! Chocolate will definitely be on my menu for sure, and the deep dish pan is a big family favorite! I’m currently a single lady (but hey, I’m only 16, I got time! lol) so I’ll be with my family to exchange cards and things. It sounds like you’re going to have a lovely romantic valentine’s day, Katie!

  9. Lisa says

    Yum, all these look great!
I need to try out those chocolate fudge brownies, they look so decadent! Who says single ladies can’t celebrate with tons of gooey brownies;)

  10. Sharla says

I’m sick so thinking we’ll be staying in this V-day. I do plan to make my hubby’s favorite lemon cookies…though these chocolate desserts look more up my alley 🙂

  11. Allison @ Life's a Bowl says

We always have Greek yogurt in our house and my hubby loves cheesecake- I’ll have to try it! Could you swap flavored Greek yogurt, like strawberry, into the recipe?

  12. Richa says

oh lord. i need someone to make me all of these.. a few of them are easy enough to send out to hubbs;) a brownie or the pancakes!
thank you for the pink lemon coconut chocolate bar shout out!

  13. Kristy says

These all look so incredible, Katie! I don’t know how you do it. 🙂 Thank you so much for the mention!

P.S. I made your Peanut Butter Secret cookies the other night and they were incredible! 🙂

My husband is not a great fan of sweets but I would like to give him some kind of dessert after a great dinner. any help would be great right now. he is a Nepalese man. i love him with ever heartbeat off my heart this is my first valentine’s day with any one. Idea’s right now would be good. im so nervous…..

  15. Kathy says

Hubby and I started earlier in the week. We sent each other ecards every day. I got in my car one morning and he had placed a XOX heart on my rear view mirror and put a cute little red rubber duck covered in white hearts on my dashboard. He also surprised me one evening with homemade chocolate covered strawberries & pineapple. So yummy. We work opposite shifts, so one night I went to his work and put silicone heart stickers all over the inside of his car, left a strand of heart/i love you garland on his mirror along with a GIANT card. I also got him an engraved keychain and a few other cards. We don’t just celebrate one day a year. We do things all thru the year. But we make sure we do extra special things this day!!

  16. vogelstar says

actually my guy loves brussels sprouts so it would go over well 🙂
I think I will make something decadent today as yesturday was frozen pizza

  17. Alyssa says

Dang! I should have totally made the deep dish cookie pie for this evening!!! I totally forgot!! Bummer…I’ll just have to make it tomorrow 😉
