- 1 2/3 cups oats (for keto, make Keto Peanut Butter Cookies)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or allergy friendly sub
- 1/2 cup honey or pure maple syrup or agave
- 3 tbsp butter or coconut oil (or 3 tbsp extra nut butter or milk of choice)
To make the peanut butter no bake cookies, gently warm the peanut butter until it is easy to stir. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well-mixed.
