Dole Whip Recipe
- 2 cups frozen pineapple
- 1/4 cup milk of choice or canned coconut milk
- 1/16 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sweetener of choice
- 2 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Scoop out with an ice cream scoop, or transfer to a pastry bag and pipe out for swirly soft serve. If you want the Dole Whip to hold its swirled shape longer, freeze twenty minutes before serving.View Nutrition Facts
