- 2 cups milk of choice
- 1 apple peeled and chopped
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- sweetener of choice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- optional handful raisins
- optional toppings of choice
Combine all ingredients in a medium pot. Bring to a boil, then cook on low-medium heat, stirring as needed to prevent sticking. Once thick, top as desired, and serve.
