- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or allergy-friendly sub
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup, honey, or agave
- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil or butter OR milk of choice (or omit and add 3 tbsp extra nut butter instead)
