- 2 tbsp instant coffee, regular or decaf
- 2 tbsp sugar, or erythritol for sugar free
- 2 tbsp water
- Your favorite milk of choice
Heat water until just boiling. Combine all ingredients and whip with a coffee frother or a hand mixer. It should start to get thick within 30 seconds and gets thicker and thicker the longer you blend! (You can technically whip it by hand, but this can take 15 minutes or more.)
