- 2 cups frozen strawberries (270g)
- 2/3 cup milk of choice, orange juice, or plain or strawberry yogurt
- sweetener of choice, as desired
- optional 1 tbsp cocoa powder or protein powder

The trick is to freeze the strawberries so there's no need to add ice, which results in a much better flavor. The recipe was adapted from my Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie.
