100+ comments on yesterday’s post tells me y’all really like Henry.
Or nut butter. Or maybe both?
No time to write a big post today.
I’ve been busy working on a new About Me page.
I tried to make the page more personal, since I really enjoy reading the personal “about me” pages on your blogs! But I have a hard time writing these types of posts because I ‘m afraid they come out sounding all me me me. I guess that’s the point, though. (It’s also not always easy for me to write any sort of post that admits my struggles; I sometimes feel pressure to seem “perfect.” But ugh, who wants to be friends with a perfect person? Yawn!)
Obviously, positive comments are awesome. But constructive (respectful) criticism is good too. Also, the page is still a work in progress. So far, it only highlights my life’s journey as it relates to food. I’m wondering if I ought to talk about other areas of my life as well (college, world travels, etc). And is there anything else you think I should include? I worry about making it too long and thus boring the heck outta everyone!
Please, if you have a chance:
Check it out and tell me what you think.
So, ummm what does all of this have to do with the above Single-Lady Cookie? Not much, really. But the post looked sad and lonely without a photo. Nothing like some chocolate to spruce it up.
Tomorrow: another 3-Ingredient recipe!
