As stated in the recipe, there is an option to leave out the coconut oil; but please don’t sub olive oil or vegetable oil for the coconut oil in this recipe.
Pie serves 8-12, and nutritional info is for 12 slices- the size of the slice in the first three photos. (My slice was bigger, but raw pie recipes are so dense and filling that many people are often satisfied by a smaller piece than something from, say, The Cheesecake Factory.)
