Nutrition facts are per cup of soup. The full recipe makes a little over 12 cups – you can easily halve the recipe if desired. Leftovers also freeze well. Information above is for the oil-free version, and below includes 3 tbsp oil in the recipe (my preferred version). Both versions include the spinach.
