Granola Bars Nutrition

Weight Watchers SmartPoints: 3 points

To give a picture of how these bars stack up against real Quaker Chewy Granola Bars, I wanted to make them exactly the same size as the Quaker bars. Therefore, nutrition information above is based on a 24g granola bar (22 equal servings). Not sure about you, but I always found the Quaker bars to be much too small! I’d recommend doubling the serving size – a much bigger bar, at 48g, is still only around 170 calories, with 3 grams of protein and less sugar than many other granola bars on the market.

Below, the nutrition information and ingredients in a packaged Quaker Chewy Granola Bar. The homemade version has slightly better nutrition facts and—more importantly—a MUCH shorter and cleaner list of ingredients.
