The table above is for the extra-banana version and below is for a version made with 1/4 cup nut butter (I used peanut butter for calculations). As mentioned in the recipe, I personally much prefer the nut-butter/oil version, but–especially if you’re used to the taste and texture of fat-free baked goods– you can sub extra banana and might still like the results.
